Branding

The Branding settings allow you to replace the default Kudos Donations branding with your own logo and optionally hide Kudos branding entirely from donor-facing elements.

Overview​

Branding options are found in the Customise tab of the Kudos Donations settings page. The settings apply globally across all campaigns.

You can upload or select an image from your WordPress Media Library to use as your organisation's logo. Once set, this logo will be used in:

  • Donation receipt emails sent to donors
  • PDF receipts
  1. Go to Kudos Donations → Settings → Customise.
  2. Under Custom logo, click Select image.
  3. Choose an existing image from your Media Library or upload a new one.
  4. Save your settings.

Hide Kudos Branding​

Enabling Hide Kudos branding removes the Kudos Donations branding from:

  • Donate buttons
  • Donation forms

This gives your donation experience a cleaner, white-label appearance.

Enabling​

  1. Go to Kudos Donations → Settings → Customise.
  2. Under Kudos Branding, toggle Hide Kudos branding on.
  3. Save your settings.
